Community hire rates are set by the ACT Education Directorate each financial year.

Board Room:
Elevate your meetings in our sophisticated Board Room, equipped with advanced audiovisual capabilities, including professional video conferencing equipment. Designed for comfort and productivity, the room accommodates up to 12 guests and offers convenient amenities such as a kettle and fridge for your refreshment needs. Discover a space where professionalism meets functionality, ideal for high-impact discussions and strategic sessions.
Classrooms:
Discover versatile spaces designed for collaboration and learning. Each of our classrooms comfortably accommodates up to 25 guests, equipped with cutting-edge audiovisual technology to elevate your presentations and meetings.
Dance Studio:
Step into our professional Dance Studio at Hawker College, where mirrored walls and sleek timber flooring create an ideal setting for small dance groups of up to 15 participants. Perfect your moves in a space designed to inspire creativity and precision.
Fitness Studio:

The Gymnasium at Hawker College features a versatile polyurethane sports floor with markings for futsal, netball, badminton, tennis, hockey, and basketball. Enhance your sporting experience with amenities including an electronic scoreboard, and optional nets and posts available for hire across all featured sports. Discover a dynamic space perfect for both competitive matches and recreational activities.
Large Open Areas:
Unlock expansive, multipurpose spaces at Hawker College tailored to your every requirement. From vibrant yoga and dance sessions to dynamic band rehearsals and lively children's sports activities, our versatile areas are primed for your next event or gathering.
Lecture Theatre:
Experience comfort and functionality in our spacious Lecture Theatre, accommodating up to 108 attendees, each with a fold-out table for convenience. Enhance presentations and discussions with a 75” TV equipped with screen casting capabilities, ensuring seamless audiovisual integration for your events.
Murranji Theatre:
Immerse yourself in the grandeur of the Murranji Theatre, a professional venue boasting 297 seats. Equipped with state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems, it's the perfect stage for your next performance or event. Enhance your presentations or host movie nights with our expansive projector and screen. For community use, an external stage manager is required (additional cost) to ensure seamless management of lighting, sound, and event coordination.
