Students
When you are away you must "explain" the absence as soon as possible by
- bringing a completed absence form signed by a parent/carer to the Front Office
- e-mailing a completed absence form to absences@hawkerc.act.edu.au from a "substantiated" address (ie work address)
The completed form must indicate the
- full name of the student (first name and surname), year group and Roll Group Teacher
- date of the absence
- duration of the absence (full day or specific lessons)
- explanation of the absence (sick or leave)
